Brief:

Park Mavera 4 is a project with residential and commercial functions, on a land area of 30,000 m² in Başakşehir, with a construction area of 70,000 m².

It consists of 7 housing blocks located in 4 different types of residence blocks. There are 130 residences. By designing residential blocks and commercial units together, it is aimed to offer a new destination for users that will support social life. With the BIM system integrated in the project development process, the architectural construction project and the system projects and details of the whole project have been developed by interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the construction project, tender documentations and specifications -quantitiy scheduled projects were provided.
