Brief:

Homes is a project with residential and commercial functions on a land area of ​​35.000 m2 in Başakşehir, with a construction area of ​​25.000 m2.

In addition to 130 apartments in 5 different types of residence blocks, there are 27 villa-type residential buildings. In addition to the villas and residence blocks, the commercial units built supported social life and supported the social use of the area.

With the BIM system integrated in the project development process, the construction project and the system projects and details of the whole project have been developed by interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the construction project, tender documentations and specifications - quantitiy scheduled projects were provided.
