Merkez Ali Paşa is a project with a construction area of 50.000 m², located on a 15.000 m² land area in Silivri.

It consists of 5 housing blocks designed with 5 different types of residence blocks. There are 5 different types of housing in the project with a total of 400 flats. Along with the architectural concept project and construction project drawings, the planning application project drawings were also made to support the whole process. During the project development process, system projects and details have also been developed by ensuring project with interdisciplinery projects. In addition to the construction project, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity schedule projects were provided.
