Brief:

Port Royal is a project with residential and commercial functions on a land area of 16.524 m² in Küçükçekmece with a construction area of 92.000 m².

It consists of 4 housing blocks located in 4 different types of residence blocks. There are 816 residences in 57 different house types in total. By designing residential blocks and commercial units together, it is aimed to offer a new destination for users that will support social life. In addition to the final architectural project drawings for Port Royal, the architectural construction project and the planning application project have been drawn. System projects and  detail projects were produced by ensuring with interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the drawing process, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity-scheduled projects was provided.
